Hi, I’m Julie, also known as Ju Julie, and I am a qualified teacher, lifelong learner, and creator of ESOL for Everyday, Little Julie’s Adventures, and The CIC Lady.
I design practical, engaging learning resources that bring education to life for diverse communities. From children exploring the world through food and stories, to adults learning English for everyday life, to grassroots leaders building community projects—I’m passionate about making learning hands-on, meaningful, and full of joy.
At Little Julie’s Adventures, I help children aged 7–13 (and their grown-ups!) dive into History, Geography, RE, and Science through cooking, storytelling, and creative activities. Whether we’re baking, discovering nature, or exploring cultures, we’re learning with curiosity and confidence—one delicious recipe at a time.
With ESOL for Everyday, I create accessible resources for adults who are new to English, from pre-entry to Level 1. My materials focus on real-life language skills, helping learners thrive in daily life, community, and work.
Through The CIC Lady, I empower grassroots community leaders with the tools, guidance, and confidence they need to start, run, and grow impactful community projects and CICs.

I’m building this collection because I believe everyone deserves access to engaging, practical learning resources—no matter where they live or what resources their community has. My goal is to make learning real, joyful, and possible for all.
